The Board of Directors of the Rescue Mission of Trenton maintains the highest level of respect for the privacy of its donors. The Mission will collect and use personal information from donors that includes: amount donated, address, telephone number, donor comment and e-mail address only. Tax laws in the United States require the Rescue Mission of Trenton to keep contact information and the contribution level of donors on file.
We assure you, however, that The Rescue Mission of Trenton will not sell, trade, rent or share names, e-mail or mailing addresses, or telephone numbers of donors. Nor will The Mission send mailings on behalf of any other entity to our donors. We will use contact information of donors for the distribution of donor receipts, thank you letters, internal recordkeeping, data analysis, and promotional literature. As a way of recognizing a donor’s contribution, The Mission will use donor names for publication in its Annual Report unless the donor explicitly chooses the “anonymous” field when contributing.
